About
MCCALL SQUARED, LLC is a privately held real estate company based in Idaho. We acquire, own, and operate residential and commercial rental property for our own account, manage tenant relationships and leases, and keep our books and prepare our taxes in-house. We are not a consumer financial services provider and do not offer our software to the general public.
RentApp — our in-house bookkeeping system
To keep accurate books across our properties, we built and operate RentApp, internal accounting software that connects to our own business bank accounts to import transactions, post balanced double-entry ledger entries, and produce financial statements for the entities we own.
Bank reconciliation
We securely import transactions from the bank accounts our entities own and reconcile them against our general ledger.
Accounting & tax prep
Transactions are categorized into a double-entry ledger that drives our income statements, balance sheets, rent rolls, and year-end tax preparation.
Bank data via Plaid
